This time I will stay longer period so I would like to book the room with same kind of quality if available. Room type could be either the one with a king size bed or with two queen size beds. I am Japanese. Used to be, I had stayed your hotel that was on the 28th floor. It was an amazing view and incredible service.

Today, I would like to book a similar room on high floor for a few weeks if you have available. Also, I wish it's going to be a twin bed or a double bed in it.

まったくこの通りにする必要はありませんし、お泊りになりたい期間に応じて、「a few weeks」を「a few months」にアレンジするのも良いでしょう。

なお、ホテルの予約代行をご依頼になるのでしたら別途有料にてご依頼いただくことになりますが、個人的には旅行代理店などを通されたほうが良いレートで、希望も日本語でお伝えになれるので、良いのではないかと思います。

また、ホテルに寄っても多少異なるとは思いますが、基本的に料金の高い部屋のほうが高層階であることが多いので、ホテル予約サイトなどで、ご希望日に宿泊予約が可能かどうかチェックしてから、問い合わせると、よりスムーズに事が運ぶかもしれませんね。
