正規サイトでご自分で購入されたのですか?　であれば、ご購入時に同意されていると思うはずですが、普通は返金、変更は不可能です。何かしら特別な理由があれば電話にて変更等が認められることもあります。

こんにちは、先日やっと発表がありコープカルチャーのサイトから払い戻し請求が出来ます、但し一年間有効のバウチャーとの交換となります。
現状は首相令によりロックダウンが定められた、4月3日分までですが、今日延長が決まったので返金対象枠も変わるかもしれません。

お役に立てば光栄ですが。
