昔、アップルやヤフーのＣＥＯが常連の高級寿司レストランでバイトしてました。
昨今は日本人できちんと修行した板前さんのいるところが少ないです。
スティブン・ジョブもそうでしたが、ベジタリアンが多いので、べーガンの
寿司レストランもお勧めです。

Kenzo
