There is a rustic hot spring on Orcus island. 2 hour ferry ride from Anacortes ( Washington State ferry) . Check their website.There maybe a natural hot spring at Mount Baker area. Check their website.2 hour drive from Seattle. Sol Duc hot spring is in Olympic National Park. A long way , overnight , reservation , a must. If you can speak English fluently and can secure H1 work visa from companies in Seattle, you can inquire about an opening. Seattle is a building boom and almost all construction companies are large commercial scale companies. It will be very difficult to work without those items I mentioned. You can be hired as a handyman by private home owners . They use inches and feet, not metrics. Also if you need to drive , it’s the opposite ways and you need to bring an International drivers license. Tourist visa is 6 months but can not work with it. Rent is like Tokyo.
