これは「水羊羹」と呼ばれる、日本の人気のある夏のデザートです。冷たくてなめらかな小豆のゼリーなんですよ。
これの特別なところは、本物の竹筒に入っている点です！竹のおかげで冷たく保たれ、ほんのりとした爽やかな木の香りが楽しめます。食べる時は、空気を入れるために底に小さな穴を開けると、ゼリーがつるんと出てきます。暑い夏に涼むのにぴったりですよ！

This is a popular Japanese summer dessert called 'Mizu Yokan.' It’s a chilled, smooth red bean jelly.
What makes this one special is that it’s served inside a real bamboo tube! It’s kept cold inside the bamboo, and it has a very subtle, refreshing woody aroma. To eat it, we poke a tiny hole at the bottom so air can get in, and the jelly slides right out. It’s the perfect way to cool down in the hot summer!"
