For Pokefi, It's supposed to work worldwide, it's isn't restricted by which city you are at, as long as you are in Egypt.

Never tried pokefi myself though.

However, there are luggage storage services outside the airport that can hold your bags for a fee. These services typically charge around 154 EGP per bag for 24 hours and have locations in downtown Cairo (two locations) and Ramsis.

Meanwhile desert tour is much more special.
If i were in your shoes, I would choose desert tour.

Transportation directly into the airport is only available by the blue colored long busses, the ticket is 6/7/8 EGP.

But it's easy to take it, it's crowded, you can't possible use it.

So i suggest you either use Uber, Didi, or a local taxi.
