・東京都、神奈川県、千葉県、埼玉県に対応しています。それ以外の地域はご相談ください。
・現地に伺い通訳します。
・交通費は実費をいただきます。
・東京駅を起点として100km以上離れている場合、出張費用5,000円が発生いたします。
・作業時間は1時間単位で数え、端数は切り上げます。(例：2時間25分の場合：3時間分の料金)
・接待など食事を伴う通訳の場合、通訳の分の食事提供もお願いしております。
・業務時間は集合から解散までを指し、打ち合わせの時間も含みます。
・打ち合わせに食事が伴う場合は、お客様にて費用をご負担願います。
・事前の予定より作業が早く終わった場合や、お客様の事情で作業ができない場合でも全額のご請求となりますのでご了承ください。

- This is an on-site interpretation service.
- Transportation costs will be charged.
- For locations more than 100 km away from Tokyo Station, a travel fee of 5,000 yen will be charged.
- Working hours are counted in one-hour units, with fractions rounded up. (Example: For 2 hours and 25 minutes, you will be charged for 3 hours)
- For interpretation involving meals, please kindly provide a meal for the interpreter as well.
- Working hours are counted from the start of the meeting to the end, including the time for any necessary preparatory meetings.
- If a preparatory meeting includes a meal, the cost should be covered by the client.
- Please note that the full amount will be charged even if the work is completed earlier than scheduled or if the work cannot be performed due to the client's circumstances.
