📞 Phone Reservations for Hidden Gems & Luxury Ryokans
Can't book that famous Omakase sushi or traditional Ryokan because they only accept phone calls in Japanese? I am here to bridge that gap for you.
Online booking is not the whole story in Japan. Many of the best-kept secrets are only accessible by phone. I will act as your personal concierge to secure your spot.
💎 Why book through me?
- Unlock Hidden Gems: Access "Phone-Only" venues that aren't on booking websites.
- Detailed Communication: I handle complex requests like allergies or special occasions (Anniversaries, etc.).
- Peace of Mind: I'll provide you with all necessary details (etiquette, maps, and rules) in English.
📋 Please provide these details when you contact me:
To ensure a smooth booking, please send me the following information:
1. Establishment Name: (Restaurant/Ryokan name and website/URL)
2. Date & Time: (Please include 1-2 alternative dates/times if possible)
3. Number of People: (Adults and children, including ages of children)
4. Occasion: (Birthday, Anniversary, Business meeting, etc.)
5. Dietary Needs: (Allergies, Vegan, Gluten-free, etc. Please be specific!)
6. Budget: (Approximate budget per person if applicable)
🛡️ Important: Cancellation Policy
- Establishment Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed, the venue's own cancellation policy applies. Customers are responsible for any cancellation fees.
- Service Fee: My service fee is for the booking work and is non-refundable once the reservation is successfully made.
- No-Show: Please do not skip your reservation without notice. It severely impacts my reputation and the venue. If your plans change, contact me at least 48 hours in advance.
Let’s unlock the best of Japan together! Please message me first to check availability before purchasing.
