コロッセオが閉鎖の場合、予約していたものはどうなりますか？返金は可能でしょうか？

3/8の法令で4/3まで美術館、遺跡などが閉鎖しています。
コロッセオの正規サイトではこのようなお知らせが出ています。
Notice Refunds Covid-19
We hereby inform you that CoopCulture, as concessionaire of the ticketing services of many State Museums in Italy, is waiting for instructions from MIBACT, the owner of the service and the direct beneficiary of the resulting revenue, in relation to the possibility of making refunds or not, and/or proposing alternative solutions.
